Bruce

This man was the sound track to my college days when Gerry and I first met. One of our first real "dates" was to the Springsteen concert in Columbia SC in 1980 (or 81 can't remember exactly). Anybody else a Bruce fan? Tickets go on sale Friday for Greensboro NC. We are debating whether we can spend the $$, they are a bit pricey. I love this photo!
Later.....never mind, the line up for Bonnaro is out and B.S. is the headliner band. Guess our vacation is going to be in Tenn. this year!

Have you been to Bonnaroo before? I've not, big festivals like that always put me off. But the line up this year is crazy good. Have fun if you go!

I love the man and his music. "Magic" was the soundtrack for my last session in the studio. I'm looking forward to hearing the new album.

I missed Bruce for some reason. What was I listening to in the '80s? But I've been listening lately. There was a great interview with him on Terry Gross's NPR show last week, and then he did a great halftime show at the Super Bowl. So ... I'm learning.

Jerry, I haven't been to Bonnaroo but my nephew has and loves it. Goes every year. I took a bunch of kids to the Warped Tour last May and actually had a really good time. Yep MK I am going to get the new Bruce CD for Gerry for Valentines Day I think. Saw the Super Bowl halftime show, it was ok, but there is so much more to his performances than that. The AP moved some great pics from the show though!

I went to Bonnaroo once to see Neil Young and Crazy Horse. That was the only reason. The festival has changed a lot from what it was back then and really diversified its lineup. I would actually consider going because that is the best lineup I have ever seen. Ever.
