Twenty Years on

When asked in an interview once upon a time, what my five year plan was, I burst out laughing, and needless to say I did not get the job. Here is my 20 year plan, I want to look like this when I'm about 70. Is she not the very cutest little thing ever?!? That is what my pots are going to look like in the near future. I am going to Starworks on Monday to a workshop with Hitomi, making large pots. Can't wait, I'll take lots of pictures for us all.

you are so funny!
Hey- if for any reason Wes is not well enough for school drop her here while you are at the workshop.
She can laze around and watch movies on the TV.

Meredith, thanks for the offer and wouldn't Wes just love that!! I know your offer would sound way better to her than going to school :) We went out yesterday for lunch and she seemed much better, so I'm hoping that little relapse was a quick one and she is over the hump now. I would love to stop by and see you guys but I will have to leave the workshop and head to the airport to get Gerry by 6pm, so I may be pressed for time. we'll see.

What a great picture! And you definitely can make those pots already! The workshop sounds fun & you get to pick up Gerry too! Hope Wes is on the mend.

that is a beauty of a pot and she is a cutie... a worthy 20 year goal if you ask me. she has good posture and balance too. i used to interview people at my previous job... i would've highly considered you for the job if you laughed at the question. i always cringed at asking it. it, along with most of those interview questions are not designed to know an answer, they are designed to get you to say the things that the interviewer is not allowed to ask legally. i have some great interview stories, maybe i'll have to post some. have fun making those big pots

Tracey..great photo and inspiration to 'keep on-keeping on'..yes, what a great pot..you can do that already--maybe carrying it on ones' head is the BIG challenge ;)
Have a great Sunday. I am resting after teaching the workshop yesterday..and that was only ONE day!)..
Have fun at your workshop..You are so lucky to have some many, so often, and so available.:)
Hope Wesley is improving.
Cheers, Trish
