Barns on Etsy

My goal is to get these on Etsy tomorrow. It was 97f degrees here today and I was less than motivated to work after spending a few days swimming in my mom's pool. I'm going to spend the day writing all that ridiculous text for Etsy and waiting on photos to load. I have also been messing around with my blog. I am bored with the black and reverse type, thought I would give a new template a try. Wesley wrote the new haiku for me, thanks Wes, I like it!

Dear Tracey

Hello, I've just been listing on Etsy for the first time in a week and they've changed things. Now you can load in one page. Course I flubbed it the first time, but think its going to be faster. 97?
WTH??

I KNOW! 97! A couple of weeks ago I was complaining that is was never going to warm up! Glad to hear Etsy is better. I just left your blog and came back to mine to sign out and here you are, weird!

Etsy! Been hoping to see your barns there again....so tempting. I LOVE THEM. Whenever I see old barns in fields now I think of you. Really!

I like the new black on white.... mostly for selfish reasons..., I hate to admit it, but I was finding the other way round quite hard to read even though it looked really cool(a sign of advancing age and receding eyesight!).. and my nose was risking getting radiation burns from needing such close proximity to my computer monitor (just kidding!!). I was re reading some of your cone 6 glaze information that is on some of your earlier posts and finding it really helpful. Many thanks for that. We hope to do a cone 6 test firing of a mini wood fired kiln tomorrow so I was on a recipe hunt. Not sure if the kiln will get to that temperature, but there is one way to find out!!

Is that "97f-ing degrees"???? or are you just doing Farhenheit for your UK readers?
And sell those barns, Trace.

I've been listing new pots on Etsy too. Not my favorite thing to do, but they are making it easier.

much better- I was having a hard time reading the other one and forget finding the place to comment it was like threading a needle for me. I just keep poking until I found it!
Yep, HOT!

Love the new look! Does the f after 97 stand for f-ing?!
:)

Hey Hollis and Kathy, the "f" is for both, it is f-ing hot here! Meredith and Linda,I did change the look of the blog for my eyesight as well, it was getting harder and harder to read my own blog! Glad it's helping. I read somewhere on blog advise that white type on black is the worst. I like the way it looks, but old eyes don't :)
Anna, barns will be up soon...
Cindy, as Julie said eariler, it's getting easier on Etsy, so I'm looking forward to that!
Peter, we should be doing another cone 6 reduction firing sometime after July, I'll let you know how it goes. If you need any recipes, email me, I may have more...
Hey Susan, my clay is still on the porch, hope you are feeling better!!!
