Boothbay Maine is without a doubt our favorite little town for shopping and hanging out "in town". We seem to get there before the crowds, I doubt we would like it as much at the height of the tourist season, but we had the place to ourselves both times we have been there. It seems like every photo I made there is red white and blue. So pretty.
I'll post some pretty pictures Friday and then I will wrap up this travel guide of Maine. Thanks for sharing the trip with me!

Thank you for taking us along on the trip.
Isn't it funny how some places just seem to have a natural color scheme?
Boothbay is just as pretty as I remember it. Not so much fun at the height of summer. I live in a summer tourist area....don't need to visit one. There's something so peaceful watching the boats come in. Thanks for sharing.
I am so going to Maine someday. Your travel pics have got me thinking about it!
I could use some boat, ocean, seafood time for me- Love the pictures.
As the for the potter- some days we are not as out going as we should be and don't take the time we should with every potter who comes in the door.
Other days we give a tour and talk more- don't know why.
You did have a wonderful trip!
Boothbay! My daughters great grandfather lived there when he retired from lobstering. A beautiful town. Thank you for bringing back some good memories of the past.
