Warm, quiet studio

I went out to my studio this morning to tidy up a bit and take some pictures. It was so quiet, like even my studio was resting from the weekend of visitors. The afternoon sun comes in the back windows and warms everything up so nicely. I just sat there for a while enjoying the light and the peacefulness of it all. My barns are so at home in this space, but they could easily be at home in your space as well.

I have a new shop set up here on my blog and I still have some really beautiful barns left. Free shipping! Check it out! Shop! Don't you have Christmas gifts to buy? Don't you want to treat yourself to an early Christmas gift?!

I will be offering certain items for 20% off this week and during the upcoming weekend of the studio tour. I will also have items at Lark and Key on sale for their artwalk this coming weekend. More about that later!

how was the weekend of the TOUR? I'm jealous :-) I think there is only one quilter on the tour- she was one of my customer's about 2yrs ago I think- I long arm quilted some quilts for her.
Ahh, I wish I had the space :-)

The tour was good! I saw lots of folks from last year and met lots of new people, including some of my neighbors. It's nice to have fiber artists on the tour, sure wish I could get out and see everyone!

LOVE your new header - yum.

The light falling across your wee barns is so lovely.

Your studio does seem like a beautiful and tranquil place. It seems to have so much spirit for a young building.

Maybe because crazy people built it, Lori. Haha!! It does have a certain life to it, I will miss it whenever the day comes that we move from here.....
