Twice a year this 100 acre farm in Liberty NC hosts the Liberty Antiques festival. Every year I can't get there for some reason or another. The last time I was there, I was 9 months pregnant with Wesley, and had her a week later. This year I was determined to get there, and I had good reason, I need Civil War props.
I loved these vintage photos with the witches hats.
How many of you are going to copy this one for Halloween!?
The smell of Kettle Corn hung thick in the air
Jugs for you potters out there
Blue and White, sigh..... is there anything better?
I bought a set of Currier and Ives Blue and White mill plates at the thrift store last week for $10
Saw the very same set with cups today for $275!!!! I would say I got a deal!
I love this baby's cracked open head, some days I feel just like this...
Well, that was fun, overwhelming and mind blowing. I want to be an antiques dealer, anybody want to set me up in business? lol

Wow that's some nice stuff. Love the jugs.I could have done some damage to my bank account there.
I want that Hastings beverage crate!!!!!
I know, y'all, I put those pics up for you!
I would have had to take on a second mortgage! Blue canning jars....... Swoon! Wooden crates, weak knees...... And the jugs! Yup, good to have the voice of reason!
Neat stuff. I know what you mean about the cracked head. You need to put that on a t-shirt.
Thanks for all the great photos! I love the Crab Shack door. Wouldn't it be a great door for a man cave!
If I had my old garden I would have bought it as a garden ornament. Great piece.
That's the greatest kettlecorn maker I've ever seen. One large bag, please........
Poor baby doll - I feel empty headed most of the time :D
Seriously, you have THE best antique fairs over in the US! So envious! I'd have a field day.
There's nothing as cool over here. Certainly not with such great selections. And, if there are any odd "gems", they are SO overpriced, it's insane! Too many people scrabbling for the one item drives the price up.
Your antique fairs show such an abundance of history.
what a feast - so happy to land here again...
such a beautiful life
