Dinner last night. It looked so pretty while I was cooking I couldn't resist a photo. Mushrooms, spinach, red and green peppers, onions and Thai basil in a mixture of fish sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and rice wine vinegar. Yummy! Served over organic brown rice. Back next week with lots to tell from Arrowmont........................
